| Q: How do I see a larger version of the image I might want to order? | |||
| A: You can click on any thumbnail in the gallery and it will bring you to a page where the image is enlarged for you. Also, there are links to 'view' the image larger under each thumbnail. | |||
| Q: Where are the sizes and prices available for these images? | |||
| A: Once you click to view an image on the enlarged page, there is a pull down menu to the right of the image with all sizes and pricing available. | |||
| Q: I've selected an image to order, but now I'd like to change the size I ordered, or remove it from my order. How do I do this? | |||
| A: Not to worry, once you go to the order form you may edit the sizes and quantities of any image you have ordered, or remove it from your order if you wish. | |||
| Q: I'd like to have an electronic version of this image, a .jpg, but I don't want to pay for shipping. What do I do? | |||
| A: Electronic files ordered do not incur shipping charges. Whether it is alone, or part of a larger order, jpegs do not have shipping costs. | |||
| Q: I keep adding an image to my order but it doesn't appear on the orderform, what do I do? | |||
| A: Be sure that you select a size from the pull down menu before you click on 'Add selection to order.' If you do not select a size, the image will not be added to your order. | |||
| Q: I'm uncomfortable using my credit card for online purchases, can I still order? | |||
| A: Absolutely. At this time, we are not set up to receive credit card purchases via the web, so you have the option of printing an orderform and sending it to us with payment, or you may send us the order via email and we will contact you to make payment arrangements. | |||
| Q: I want to send you a comment about the order I'm placing but there's no comment field on the order form, what do I do? | |||
